Responsibilities of UMAX

  • 01Submission of all documents and credentials of the candidate.
  • 02Insurance.
  • 03Vacation leave entitlement.
  • 04Iqama and all government fees.
  • 05GOSI.
  • 06Annual holiday air ticket.
  • 07Responsible for candidate replacement.
  • 08Food, accommodation and transportation.

Responsibilities of Client

  • 01Price acceptance and issuance of the Purchase Order.
  • 02Minimum 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, or 260 hours per month.
  • 03Additional (overtime) hours considered at a 1:1 ratio, same cost.
  • 04Approved monthly timesheet returned within 5 days.
  • 05Preparation and issuance of job site ID.
  • 06Vehicle entry gate passes.

Invoicing & Payment Terms

Invoice approved for payment with all supporting documents.

02

Payment released within 30 days from date of invoice submission.

03

Timesheet begins on the date the candidate passes the test / interview.
